How I fell in love with my tribe

The most magical thing happened while I am in Orlando, honing my coaching skills with over a hundred coaches. 

I fell madly in love with my coach tribe:

Tina coaches moms to reverse their kids' autism and ADHD.

Julia coaches women who became queer late in life. 

Katherine coaches people to live vibrantly through cancer. 

Rho coaches lawyers and money, Mars on misogynoir, and Nika to write your first book.

These women found their superpowers -often by figuring out personal challenges- and now change their clients' lives with tangible results. 

Coaching gets a bad rap because, like restaurants, it can mean anything and everything... McDonalds to Michelin stars, 

but when you are hungry... finding the most perfect combination of tastes to hit your palate with precisely what you craved feels like heaven. 

All the coaches I am meeting have developed their own different processes, tools, and styles, yet we all have the same desire: to share the "tested solution" with the world. Mine is getting high-performer executives out of career fog. Three of my clients started new jobs this month!!

I'm learning from them and developing a deep reverence for humans providing such profound and necessary work despite having in my opinion the worst title in the world: coach :)
