About me

I am an executive recruiter, my name is Agate.

I have interviewed over 6k people and started training my candidates because even though candidates had talent, they were bad (and often very, very bad) at interviewing.

I was frustrated that I could see their potential and put them forth for jobs, but they would fail the interview.

So I started training them. 

Now, I am doing this because I wish people made an effort to put their thoughts in order before coming to interviews AND because it’s so simple that it speeds up the process for both parties and increases the chances of any hiring happening.
