I call it a career fog- we no longer know which direction to take.

To reset my vision, I put all my values, mentors, and goals on one piece of paper. This exercise allowed me to anchor myself and start finding the red thread of my career.

By realizing how many answers you have in you, you understand your uniqueness.

When you can share your uniqueness with others, you become magnetic. It's fun, fast, and functions like a GPS!

Using the S.T.A.R. Method

Recruiter often use the S.T.A.R. Method to help pin down the candidate's skills and capabilities. 

For you, the candidate, learning and mastering the S.T.A.R. Method is a useful technique that helps you effectively answer interview questions in a clear and structured manner. 

By using the method, you can provide interviewers with well-organized answers to their questions.
